Shipping policy
Shipping Methods
1. Most of our orders are processed and shipped by USPS or Fedex within 24-72 hours. USPS or Fedex will give us a final tracking number within 48 hours after we ship your order, and then we will contact you first.
2. We do our best to consolidate orders into the fewest possible shipments so that you are charged the least amount of duties and taxes possible.
Late Orders
We cannot guarantee that we have all items in stock at all times. If you have an item that is not in stock and is not expected to be in stock within two business days, we will contact you with details of the backordered item or a possible replacement if available. If you have a critical or time sensitive need, please feel free to email us to ensure your order arrives as soon as you need it.
Delivery Guarantee
1. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured.
2. If for some reason your package is lost or blocked, we will reship it again.
3. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order, otherwise your package may be returned to us.
Tracking your order online
1. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email to the same email address you used to place your order.
2. Please note that it may take up to one business day for your information to be posted on the carrier's website, and if you are unable to obtain shipping information from the carrier's website as we suggest, you may track it again on the next business day.
Estimated Transit Time
Shipping time usually takes 5-7 days from the time shipping information is posted on the carrier's official website.
