How Beetsneakers QC Photos Work

What QC means at Beetsneakers

Quality Control (QC) is the pre-shipment photo-review process for your order. Beetsneakers provides multiple actual photos taken from different angles, including a photo showing the shoe size. Our suppliers ship orders directly to customers. Reviewing the photos gives you an opportunity to raise questions or request changes while your order is still unshipped.

Beetsneakers sells replica sneakers. QC photos help you review visible details; they are not an authentication service or proof that a pair is authentic branded footwear.

Complete eight-photo QC case index

Each case shows eight original photos of one historical replica pair, with numbered notes. These archives explain how to ask a specific QC question; they are separate from the photos supplied for a new order.

Choose a series below to open its model list. Each link goes directly to eight numbered original photos on that shoe’s page.

Air Jordan 1 — 28 cases
Air Jordan 3 — 5 cases
Air Jordan 4 — 24 cases
Air Jordan 5 — 4 cases
Air Jordan 6 — 1 cases
Air Jordan 11 — 5 cases
Air Jordan 12 — 3 cases
Kobe — 4 cases
Nike Air Force 1 — 6 cases
Nike Dunk and SB Dunk — 17 cases
Other sneaker models — 4 cases
Yeezy — 7 cases

Use your own pair’s photos for decisions. An archive does not establish the batch, fit, materials or authenticity of another pair.

When to expect QC photos

Preparation and QC usually take 2 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included in this estimate. This preparation period is separate from carrier transit time, which starts when your order is actually shipped. See our Shipping Policy for U.S. delivery estimates and shipment-delay information.

What you can check in the photos

Compare the visible style and color with the pair you ordered. Look at the available angles for obvious damage or details that need clarification. Check the shoe size shown in the photos against the size on your order. A size label records the stated size; it does not show how the shoes will feel on your feet.

Use the actual photos provided for your order when reviewing your pair. General product images can help identify a style, but they do not replace the pre-shipment review of your order.

How should I check the size in my QC photos?

Compare the label on the actual pair with the exact size option on your order confirmation. Check the sizing system as well as the number.

  1. Check your selection. Confirm the full shoe model and whether you selected men's or women's US sizing.
  2. Read the actual shoe label. Compare the printed US and EU sizes. A general size chart does not replace a clear photo of your pair's label.
  3. Ask before dispatch. If a label is unclear or the descriptions differ, contact us before shipment and ask for clarification or a clearer label photo.

A label records the stated size. It does not confirm on-foot fit, internal measurements or that a model runs true to size.

What can a complete eight-photo QC set show?

Archive example: Fragment Design x Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG SP “Sail Military Blue” (replica). These eight archived photos belong to the same pair and show different visible details, from the overall view to the actual shoe label. They illustrate the review process; they are not photos of a new order.

Front view of both Fragment Design x Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG SP Sail Military Blue replica shoes
1 of 8 — Front view. Both shoes are shown together, including the toe areas and overall appearance.
First side profile in the same-pair QC archive set
2 of 8 — Side view A. This profile shows panel edges, the visible Swoosh and surrounding stitching.
Second side profile with the shoe box label visible below
3 of 8 — Side view B. Use the other profile to review visible stitching and panel edges; the box label is also in view.
Both shoes positioned together to show the opposite sides
4 of 8 — Paired side view. Both shoes are positioned together to show another set of side panels and their visible edges.
Heel view showing the different artwork on the two shoes
5 of 8 — Heel view. The two shoes have different heel artwork. A lower, straight-on close-up would help examine individual stitches.
Top-down QC view showing toe perforations laces and tongue labels
6 of 8 — Top view. This angle shows the toe perforations, laces and tongue labels together.
Both blue outsoles showing their visible tread pattern and edges
7 of 8 — Outsole view. Review the visible tread pattern and edges. A photograph cannot establish grip or long-term wear.
Close-up QC photo of the actual shoe size label showing US 11 and EUR 45
8 of 8 — Actual shoe label. The label reads US 11 / EUR 45. Compare the printed size with the order confirmation; the label alone does not establish on-foot fit.

If something is unclear, identify the photo number and exact area when requesting another view. Lighting and shoe position can affect comparisons. These images do not establish fit, material composition, comfort, durability or authenticity.

What photos cannot establish

Photos cannot establish fit, comfort, durability or long-term performance. They do not verify material composition, every hidden construction detail or authenticity. Lighting, viewing angle and your screen can affect how a color appears. A visible size label is not a measurement of foot length or an assurance that every model will fit the same way.

If a detail is unclear, ask about it before shipment. Avoid drawing conclusions that the photos do not support.

How to raise a question or request a change

Review the photos and identify the specific detail you want us to check. Contact Beetsneakers with your order details and a clear description of your question. Referring to a particular photo or visible area helps explain what you mean. Keep personal and order information in your support communication rather than posting it publicly.

Before shipment, you can request a change or cancel your order for a full refund. Send your request before the order is dispatched. Use our Contact Us page to reach us.

How a cancellation refund is handled

Refunds return to the original payment method. Once a refund is confirmed, we usually process it within 1 business day. Funds are expected to arrive within 7 business days. Our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations page explains the complete policy.

If you notice an issue after delivery

Contact us within 3 days of receipt if the style or size differs from your order, or the shoes arrive damaged or with a quality problem. We support refunds or replacement shipments for these issues, and Beetsneakers covers related shipping costs. Discounted and non-discounted items follow the same rules.

Correct deliveries without damage or quality problems are not returnable under our store policy. QC review does not remove the support described above or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. See the returns policy for the full rules, and the shipping policy if a parcel is lost or significantly delayed.
